Yesterday I received a request from my boss that there was a memorial service happening in Oakland for the loss of a mother to one of our employees and if I could try to get an arrangement delivered. I thought it impossible as the service was just 2 1/2 hours from the time I got the directive. Most vendors have their trucks out already, and would not graciously take the time to see if they could even help me. Family Flower Shop not only listened to what I needed, but offered options within my budget. They reassured me that they would get it delivered on time. I received an email once placing the order, and I received an email after it was delivered. They got it there on time. The person I spoke to on the phone was Ivy. She was so sweet, kind, and professional. I have worked with multitudes of vendors over my lifetime, and this one was one of my best experiences. Such short notice, and they made it happen. My girl loved them so much I got extra sugar!!! The delivery was on point and even when I emailed back and made an instruction change, shoot it was done no problem. this is my go-to place going forward.

Service here is fantastic and they provide amazing flowers!
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability.
