The flower arrangement was beautiful beyond my expectations! The flowers were full, fresh and colorful. My Mom had a big smile on her face when she received them. I also received timely updates (including a pic) on expected and actual delivery. I will use Family Flower again!

Wow! I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement to be delivered on the same day in the late afternoon. Not only was the arrangement gorgeous but it was delivered on time to the door and made our family happy. The staff was nice and professional. The flowers that were delivered looked just like the pictures advertised, with a bonus of fairy lights in them that my sister adored! I really appreciate their delivery picture that was sent to me as confirmation. My sister looks so happy! Thank you for the personal touches you added!

The Family Flower Shop is fantastic! At every step I was impressed with their speed and professionalism. I ordered same day flowers and within one hour I was called about a minor substitution that was easily resolved. Within 3 hours, my order was delivered to the recipient!
