I ordered two flower arrangements for funeral services of a family member last week, and Family Flower Shop did a fantastic job from A to Z. Ivy the florist texted me to acknowledge the order receipt seconds after I completed my online order, she continued providing status throughout the process, the shop made beautiful flowers, the driver delivered in time, and they followed up to see if I have any questions or concerns. The price is also reasonable. What I like about the shop is that they are reachable and flexible. I called/texted Ivy a few times to ask more info before and request a few more things (addition/modification) after my order. She picked up my calls or texted me back right away, and everything was “no problem”. I’m happy with their services, and I highly recommend the Family Flower Shop to everyone.
